Production notes
For manufacturing, the body is divided into two halves that are aligned and soldered after casting. The joint is carefully finished and concealed, so the completed piece appears as a single seamless teardrop. The recessed areas are sandblasted, while the exposed surfaces are polished to a mirror finish.
